Return Process

  Visit our dedicated Return Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition with all tags attached, as our team will conduct a brief quality check upon pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your new exchange item immediately.
